V.I.P. Auto Appearance Center began serving the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area in 1980. First located in Capitol Heights, Maryland, for fifteen years we have been serving the Clinton, Maryland area for the past decade. For two decades, V.I.P. Auto Appearance Center has provided a top quality service to those with special interest in their vehicle's appearance. Operated by the President & Founder, Charles C. Mack Sr. and Vice President & Co-Founder, Charles C. Mack Jr., this family owned business has come into the new millennium by understanding and adapting to the constant changes with today’s modern vehicles.

Mr. Charles Mack Sr.
	Mr. Mack Sr. is the owner of V.I.P. Auto Appearance Center which opened in 1980. He has mastered the art of being a complete auto appearance specialist. He constantly teaches his staff daily on the concepts that V.I.P Auto uses versus the improper techniques that others use. Needless to say, all of Mr. Mack Sr’s vehicles are always immaculate, no matter the year of the vehicle.
Mr. Charles Mack Jr.
	Mr. Mack, Jr., is the Vice President of V.I.P. Auto Appearance Center. He started his craft at the tender age of eight years old and still has customers who remember him when he was that young. Now an adult who oversees the majority of the company's many operations, he has big dreams of taking the family business to the next level.
Mr. Ondrea Williams, aka “Dre”
	Mr. Ondrea Willams is an electronic technician and a veteran in the field of 12 volt electronic installations. His 30yrs of experience speaks for itself, proving that he’s seen it all. V.I.P. Auto has seen Ondrea perform unbelievable things to vehicles. Ondrea is a special person who has traits that are now unheard of in today's auto accessory world. He constantly sheds knowledge on his younger co-workers when given an opportunity.
Mr. Jovan Douglas, aka “Pacman”
	Mr. Jovan Douglas is a young talented auto appearance specialist who plays a big role in V.I.P.’s daily duties. He takes pride in his workmanship and delivers a fantastic professional service. Jovan doesn’t mind the limelight! His heavily accessorized 2007 Dodge Charger is a reflection of himself and it tends to turn many heads whether it's sitting still or cruising down the road. Needless to say Jovan loves the benefits of his job!
Mr. Kevin Coates, aka “Kev”
	Mr. Kevin Coates is the youngest of all the staff at V.I.P. Auto Appearance Center and is constantly reminded of that by his co-workers. The once part-time high school work study student has trasitioned to become a full-time auto appearance specialist. He is definitely an exceptional employee who has a bright future ahead of him. Mr. Kevin is quiet by nature, but his head turning 2006 Chevy Impala speaks loud enough for him.
Mr. Travis Thomas, aka “Fatz”
	Mr. Travis Thomas is a valuable member of the V.I.P. Auto Appearance Team. Holding the title of Lead Customer Service Representative, he ensures that each customer receives overall excellent service on each and every visit. Although Travis has relatively simple tastes, he does enjoy letting his co-workers detail & add aftermarket accessories to his 2006 Chevy Tahoe.
